Therapeutic Body Massage
Aiming to soothe and tone muscles and improve circulation. Base carrier oil usually used. Choose from a 30 minute appointment to massage back/neck/shoulders or legs; or a full hour for a complete body massage. Add an extra 15 minutes for a face and scalp massage or to receive a mini facial.

Aromatherapy Massage
High quality essential oils in a carrier oil are applied to your skin using specialist massage techniques. Aimed to be gentle and relaxing.
Choose from a 30 minute appointment to massage back/neck/shoulders or legs; or a full hour for a complete body massage. Add an extra 15 minutes for a face and scalp massage or to receive a mini facial.

Sports Massage and treatment of injuries.
Using a variety of techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage designed to have a therapeutic effect. Aimed to be more invigorating and to help joint mobilisation, loosen muscle and connective tissue. Treatment of chronic conditions and more recent injuries. Posture assessment, stretches and advice on home care. Treatment may use massage oil or cream or nothing dependent upon techniques used.
Your initial session would normally be an hour to allow assessment of any problems or potential ones, shorter sessions can be used as folow ups.

Seated Acupressure Massage
Massage through clothing whilst you are seated in a special chair facing forwards and fully supported. Designed for use in offices but proves useful in a clinic situation if you want to remain clothed or have a condition in which you have difficulty lying down eg with some back problems.

Mini Facial or Face, Head and Scalp Massage
A mini facial consisting of cleanse, tone, moisturise and and massage can be added to other treatments as an additional 15 mins. Alternatively it can be with a massage to the head and scalp as a 30mins treatment.
Mini Facial add on £10; Facial and Massage 30 mins £25.
Reflexology
Pressure is applied to the feet using specialist techniques working on “reflex zones” to help assist the body to restore its own balance. Aimed to relax and balance the whole body.

60mins appt (with foot massage and hot balm if required) – £ 40
Ear Candles (Thermo Auricular Therapy)
Using hollow candles placed in each ear, followed by a specialised massage to face
and neck. The burning of the natural ingredients of the hollow cande in your ear may help produce a feeling of warmth and balance the pressure in the ear, forehead and sinuses.

Heavenly Body – Hot oils or Hot Candle Massage

Gentle Exfoliation or cleansing as required followed by massage using essential oils, or hot body balms from massage candle (ideal for dryer skin) Products include organic ingredients and essential oils where possible. Neal’s Yard Organics facial and body products used extensively.
Choose from Heavenly Backs, Feet & Lower Legs or Hands & Lower Arms.
Stone Therapy
Hot/Cold Stones and Crystal Massage Therapy
The use of Hot (heated from water) and Cold volcanic rocks, Jade and Marble together with Crystals for an intensely deep treatment. The stones are placed on your body, followed by massage using the stones and hot oils.
Wow! This can be an incredibly powerful experience as the use of the stones amplifies the therapeutic massage and aids me to work deeper in a shorter time.
A 30 minute appt will cover back, head or legs; 60 mins will cover your body, whilst a 90 mins will include the head and face for a truly wonderful experience.
30 mins appt £30; 60 mins £45; 90 mins £65.
Hot stones may also be used with other massage treatments to aid deeper massage.

Please note that the stones and crystals need prior preparation and cleansing, so advance booking is required.
Bookings
Please call for advice regarding which treatment is for you. Advance booking required, same day appointment may be available for emergencies!
Cancellation Fees - please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. All same day missed appointments or cancellations are usually subject to full fee payable unless the appointment can be filled or under exceptional circumstances.
Medical Conditions – a medical history is required, if you cannot be treated you will
not be charged.
Allergies. Please note that I use a range of oils and incense in my clinic. If you have sensitive skin, have nut or skin product allergies or sensitivies, or suffer from asthma which may be triggered by incense please check beforehand, or come for a pre-treatment skin test.
Peak charges – Appointments from 6pm onwards and at weekends will be subject
to an additional charge (up to 10%), you will be told at time of booking.
Prices reflect not just your “one to one” time but the time and cleansing of “tools”, and
my personal preparation and space.

Products
Neal’s Yard Organics are primarily used in the mini facials, aromatherapy and therapeutic massages, containing high quality essential oils and certified organic ingredients. Massage balms are rich shea or cocoa butters plus jojoba and sweet almond oil with Vit E and essential oils. Sports massage may use base organic carrier oil or a non-organic massage cream as required.
